1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Trep ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. About Trep

Trep is a platform where users can review Facebook and Instagram pages. Key features include:

• Add any Facebook or Instagram page URL to the platform (from /add-page route)
• Verify URLs to get page preview with image, name, and username
• View page details and reviews for each Facebook and Instagram page
• Write and submit reviews with recommendation choices (from /add-review route)
• View reviews from other users without needing to login
• See your own reviews for each page when logged in
• Access the service at trep

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Trep Space per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Trep's website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. User Accounts

Trep uses passwordless authentication with Gmail. When you create an account with us:

• You must use a Gmail email address (this is the only way to login)
• You enter your email and an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your email
• You enter the OTP to complete authentication
• Your default display name will be the name part of your email (e.g., "name@gmail.com" becomes "name")
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Gmail account
• You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account

5. Content and Reviews

You are responsible for the content you post, including reviews, comments, and any other materials. When using Trep, you agree to the following specific rules:

• You are not allowed to use the data for any commercial purpose
• You must maintain decent behavior and not abuse the app
• You should not use the app to spread hate and misinformation
• You should not spam or target a page to defame
• You should not upload sensitive information like phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, etc.
• You should not attach any sensitive or illegal images to reviews
• You must not use words that may be offensive or harmful to any person or entity
• Any kind of threat, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated
• You can only add one review per page every 3 days
• Reviews can be edited within 7 days of adding the review
• Reviews can be deleted within 15 days of adding the review
• After the editing/deletion period expires, reviews cannot be modified
• Reviews include page logo, reviewer name, recommendation status, attached images, and review date
• All review images are stored in the public/images/reviews folder

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

6. Profile and Data Management

Your profile page allows you to:

• View your personal data including reviews, name, and email
• Update your display name (currently the only editable field)
• View all of your reviews in one place
• Edit your reviews within 7 days of adding them
• Delete your reviews within 15 days of adding them
• Delete your account at any time
• Manage your account information

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
